Sacramento is a monoline script: every stroke is the same width, with no hairlines. That makes it the easiest script to cut, to weed and to embroider as a single satin column, and it looks right on glassware where copperplates look busy.

The initials are usually set with the surname initial larger in the centre, without a frame or with a thin circle.
